Hello everyone!
     I have 20+ years of experience in buying, selling, and renting residential personal and investment properties . I have resided in Anoka County for over 40 years and know the northern suburbs very well. I have puchased close to 40 properties in the last 20 years.

     Most of these I have remodeled and/or restored. Then either resold or rented them out. I currently own 5 homes in Anoka County and 3 beautiful waterfront homes in Seminole/Largo, Florida.

     Many of these I have found with my Home Buyers Computer Program - which can be personalized for investors as well as owner occupants. I also get 1-3 calls a month from people who know I buy homes and this can give my buyers/investors more homes to consider purchasing.

     I am very good when it comes to negotiating properties for my buyers, sellers, and investors. For my sellers I advertise in the Mpls. Star Tribune, Anoka Shopper, and obviously the Internet and MLS.
